We kindly ask you to observe our check-out time; any delay will result in:

penalty of 25% of the room rate up to 3:00 P.M.

penalty of 50% of the room rate up to 6:00 P.M.

100% penalty of the room rate after 6:00 P.M.

REMEMBER

• Reservations can be made by phone, fax, on  line or e-mail, with confirmation through any of the means requested by the customer.
• Reservations can be cancelled no later than 24 hours in advance. Failure to observe this requirement will result in penalties equal with the first night’s accommodation for all reserved rooms.
• Upon confirmation of the reservation, groups should make a 30% deposit of the total price.
• Any modification to an already confirmed reservation can be made within the limit of available rooms.
• In case of overbooking we will assure accommodation in other hotels, at equal quality standards.
• For children up to 12 years old accommodation is free if they share the room with their parents and use one of the existing beds.
• Guests can request a crib for children up to 2 years old, for charge (Eur 15).
• Room rates can vary according to period, type of room and reservation method.
• Payment can be made by VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO and AMERICAN EXPRESS card.

We will treat all data provided by guests as strictly confidential, and use it exclusively for the declared purpose: reservations, invoicing, etc.

We reserve the right to store all customer data in the database, to be used later to send informational materials related to special offers, hotel services and similar.
